The Gite offers a spacious and comfortable lounge with original stone flooring, a woodburner, and a TV/DVD. The kitchen/diner area is separate and features a dining table for four people, along with a cooker, microwave, fridge (including a freezer compartment), coffee maker, and toaster. All necessary cooking equipment, utensils, plates, cups, and glassware are provided.A flight of stairs from the kitchen/diner leads to the upper level, where the sleeping accommodation and bathroom facilities are located. The double bedroom is very large and showcases original stone walls and exposed beams. This room can easily accommodate an extra bed or cot, while still providing ample space. The shower room is bright and airy, featuring a stone wall, exposed beams, a spacious shower cubicle, washbasin, heated towel rail, and a toilet.
The Gite also includes a utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for guests' convenience. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a basket of goodies and can enjoy fresh garden fruit and vegetables, depending on the season. Outdoors, there is a sunny patio area with a table and chairs, overlooking the well-stocked garden of the property. It is an ideal spot to relax or enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Sunloungers and a barbecue are provided for guests' enjoyment. Please note that this property is non-smoking.

Directions
To reach the house, you can start from either Gueret or La Chatre and take the D940 road. Once you reach Le Poteau, follow the signs for Genouillac Gare on the D15 road. After traveling for about 1km, make a left turn towards Les Mousseaux. The house will be located on the left side at the end of the village.
