Welcome to Villa Laurent Vidal, located in the charming old town of Plouharnel. Situated near the picturesque "Notre-Dame des Fleurs" chapel and just a short distance from the coastal path (GR34), our villa offers a delightful escape between the ocean and the Bay of Quiberon.

Nestled on the peaceful Rue de la Baie, which leads directly to the bay and the Kercroc oyster farming yards, our villa offers convenient access to all amenities. Within walking distance, you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, press, restaurants, and bistro.

Our villa is classified as a 4-star accommodation, certified by the Furnished Tourism Classification. It is a separate building, independent of the guest rooms, but located on the same property.

The ground floor features a spacious living room (50 m2), a laundry room, a toilet, and a bathroom with an Italian shower.

Upstairs, you will discover three double bedrooms with luxurious 180cm king-size beds. Two of the bedrooms boast private bathrooms with toilets and walk-in showers, while the third bedroom has access to a shared bathroom with a 180cm bed and two 90cm beds.

For your enjoyment, the swimming pool is exclusively reserved for you. It is heated to a comfortable 28°C from March to October and has a consistent depth of 2.10m across its entire surface (7 x 3.50m). The pool is covered by a retractable sliding shelter, allowing you to swim even during mid-season when the shelter is closed. Rest assured, the shelter is secured by a key and complies with the NF P 90-309 safety standards.

The terrace is fully furnished with sofas, deck chairs, a hammock, tables, and a barbecue, creating a perfect outdoor space for relaxation and socializing.

The garden surrounding the villa is completely enclosed, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay. Additionally, our parking lot can accommodate up to three vehicles, with the possibility of electric recharge from a standard outlet.
