Situated in Bar-sur-Seine, with convenient access to all necessary amenities and serving as the southern gateway to the Champagne region, Azeca 1 and Azeca 2 are fully equipped studios measuring 27m² and 37m² respectively, capable of accommodating four people. These modern and functional spaces are located on a floor within a beautifully renovated half-timbered house dating back to the sixteenth century.Whether you are on a business trip or exploring the area as a tourist, you will find the studios to be perfectly suited to your needs. Additionally, there are free parking spaces available just 50m away (and at the base of the building).
We take great pleasure in introducing visitors to our stunning region and its rich cultural and gastronomic heritage. You will have the opportunity to engage with historical landmarks such as the Templars in Avalleur, the Abbey of Clairvaux, the beloved village of painter Renoir - Essoyes, Les Riceys, and the enchanting medieval city of Troyes.
Nature enthusiasts and avid hikers or mountain bikers will revel in the offerings of the Regional Natural Park of the Orient Forest, as well as the picturesque vineyards of the Côte des Bar. The Seine River provides opportunities for swimming, canoeing, and fishing, ensuring a delightful experience for passionate water enthusiasts.
