The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, an electric cooker with four cooking areas, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

The washing machine can be found in a separate room.

All rooms in the house are equipped with wardrobes, pillows, and duvets:

- Room 1 includes a double bed (1m60) and a private bathroom with a toilet.
- Room 2 features a double bed (1m60).
- Room 3 includes two single beds.

There is a second separate bathroom with a shower, a sink, and a toilet.

The garden boasts a private swimming pool measuring 4m x 8m with a maximum depth of 1m80. It is open from early May to late September and is furnished with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue.

Ample parking space is available for up to three cars.
