This description presents a lovely, calm, and tranquil apartment available for rent in the picturesque Port Launay. Situated on the banks of the river Aulne Nantes - Brest canal, this bright and spacious apartment offers a refreshing and airy atmosphere. It comes fully equipped with essential amenities such as a washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster, cafétiere, kettle, oven, log burner, SKY television, and French TV. Additionally, it includes a DVD player, a collection of books, two bedrooms (one with an ensuite walk-in shower), a separate toilet, an iron, an ironing board, and a hairdryer.

The apartment also features a smaller single bedroom and a large sous sol area with a new clic clac sofa bed, as well as a leather suite of furniture. With two separate entrances, this private apartment can be rented as a whole unit or on a nightly basis with breakfast included. It can comfortably accommodate up to four people, and all bedding and towels are provided. If needed, a high chair and cot bed are also available.

For entertainment, the apartment offers various games and provides numerous leaflets on nearby attractions. Outside, there is a safe enclosed garden with sun loungers, a BBQ, bikes, and a kayak for guests to use. The location also boasts beautiful unspoiled beaches just 15 minutes away, while the nearby town of Châteaulin, only 3 minutes away, offers supermarkets, shops, and pavement cafés.

Port Launay itself provides a boulangerie, a bar, and a restaurant, making it a convenient and charming place to stay. Those who enjoy fishing will find it right on their doorstep, and there are plenty of opportunities for walks, cycling, tennis, pédalos, horse riding, and more. The apartment's ideal location makes it easily accessible to both Brest and Quimper, providing a perfect base for exploring these vibrant cities.

Directions

From Roscoff, it will take you approximately one hour to reach the destination. If you are coming from St. Malo, the travel time will be around 2.5 hours. If you are departing from Brest, it will take you about 35 minutes, while from Quimper, it will only take 20 minutes.

When you approach Port Launay, make sure to keep the river on your left side. As you continue your journey, you will pass by the Quai. Our house is the first one located under the viaduct, towards the ecluse (lock). You will easily spot our property as it has a B 1 B sign hanging outside. Additionally, there are double white iron gates and a driveway, providing secured parking.
