Enjoy a week-long or longer holiday with your family or friends in a recently built country-style stone and woodwork chalet. This cozy retreat offers a perfect blend of summer and winter mountain activities. The chalet is beautifully decorated in a "mountain spirit" theme and provides a comfortable space for relaxation.

As you enter the chalet, you will be greeted by a spacious lounge with breathtaking views of the valley. The dining room features a double-sided fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The chalet also includes an ensuite laundry for your convenience.

The ground floor of the chalet boasts a large bedroom with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom complete with a wooden tub and a spacious walk-in shower. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a terrace overlooking the "solarium." Additionally, there is a fourth bedroom designed for children, equipped with two bunk beds and two beds on the mezzanine. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and separate toilet.

Entertainment options abound in the chalet, with a 3D TV room offering board games and foosball. For ultimate relaxation, there is a dedicated spa area with a sauna, Italian shower, and the option to book rejuvenating massages.

The chalet also offers convenient access to the ski slopes, with a ski base located directly on the property. On sunny days, you can enjoy the panoramic courtyard with a barbecue and a boules court. Mountain bikes are available for guests to explore the surrounding area.

Nearby, you can participate in equestrian activities just 2km away or enjoy water sports and an amusement park at Lake Matemale, which is only 3km from the chalet. Golf enthusiasts will find the Font-Romeu Golf Course just 15km away, while natural hot water baths are a short 20-minute drive away. Trout fishing is also available in nearby lakes and streams.

Local amenities are easily accessible, with farmers' markets and shops just 200m from the chalet.
