An ideal rest stop between the ferry ports and the beautiful South coast of France and Spain, our location just 10 minutes from junction 23b on the A20 motorway makes us the perfect overnight stay option. You can avoid the hassle of getting lost in a major city like Limoges, while still being able to reach it within just half an hour for any meetings or appointments.We offer four bedrooms in our family-run chambres d'hôtes, each with access to a private pool. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with complimentary drinks to make you feel welcome. Throughout your stay, you can enjoy free hot drinks in our dining room. Unlike most hotels in France, breakfast is included in the price. Additionally, you can help yourself to free hot drinks in the dining room at any time.
Our accommodation includes two double rooms and two family rooms, each able to accommodate up to four people. There is also a small lounge/dining room available for your use, as well as full access to the main lounge and dining room, which features Sky TV and a video player.
The house provides private parking at the rear, within our large garden that features a sun terrace with loungers and a BBQ. For those who prefer outdoor dining, we have a patio area in the front where you can enjoy al-fresco meals and evening drinks while watching the stunning sunset.
If you prefer to dine in, we offer evening meals and BBQ options upon request (additional charges may apply). We can even provide the ingredients for a cook-yourself BBQ. Laundry facilities are also available for your convenience, and we offer mountain bike rentals for those who wish to explore the area.

Directions
To reach your destination, take exit 23b off the A20 highway and continue for 17 kilometers until you reach Magnac Laval. Once there, proceed to the traffic lights and make a left turn onto the D7 road. Travel for 1 kilometer, and you will find us on the left side.
