The apartment is in an ideal location, situated between Bordeaux and the Arcachon Basin. It is conveniently close to the various vineyards of Bordeaux, and the Monsalut area is less than 5 minutes away, providing opportunities to explore ponds and walk in Crown forests CESTAS.Attached to the main house, the apartment is surrounded by a beautiful wooded area. Inside, it offers a modern living space with two sofa beds, an 80 cm flat screen TV, a dining area with a table and four chairs, a kitchen sink, a 2 plate hob, a multifunction microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, includes a shower, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, the bedroom features a very comfortable double bed (140 * 190), a desk, and a wardrobe. A canvas cot is also available if needed.
Guests have access to WIFI internet, as well as shared amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, plancha, and barbecue. The living room provides a peaceful view of the surrounding wooded area, ensuring a quiet and relaxing environment.
