We are offering two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom, located on the ground floor, can comfortably accommodate three adults. It is equipped with a double bed, a single bed, a sofa bed, and a cot is also available upon request. The room includes air-conditioning/heating, fully adjustable settings, WIFI access, and a hairdryer for your convenience.Furthermore, you will find a local bakery just a few steps away, ensuring that you can enjoy warm bread if you are an early riser. We provide breakfast options, including a simple continental spread or a full Scottish Breakfast for an additional supplement of 7,50 euros. The full Scottish Breakfast includes orange juice, porridge with your choice of honey, cream, or dried fruits, bacon, eggs, potato scones, or smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. Additionally, we offer a selection of tea, coffee, or hot chocolate, as well as fresh bread, rolls, and croissants.

Getting to our location is easy whether you are coming from Calais (via ferry or tunnel) or Zeebrugge (via ferry).
From Calais, it will take approximately 5 hours to reach us. Simply follow the A26 and then the A5, and take junction 23 signed Montigny sur aube, which is 17 km away.
If you are coming from Zeebrugge, the journey will also take around 5 hours. Head towards Lille, then take the A26 and A5. Finally, take junction 23 signed Montigny sur aube, which is located 17 km from our destination.
If you are traveling from Dijon, it will only take you 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach us.
For those coming from Beaune, the journey usually takes 2 hours.
If you plan to visit Chablis, it will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to get to our location.
