Welcome to our self-catering gite in Pleudihen-sur-Rance, Côtes dArmor, Brittany. This charming holiday home used to be a barn but was renovated in 2004 and now offers a modern open plan interior. Situated in a peaceful location, right across from the owner's residence, it provides a tranquil escape.

The living room features a comfortable 2-seater sofa, a hi-fi system, and a well-equipped kitchen area with a microwave, a 4-ring hob, and a mini oven. There is also a convenient shower room with a washing machine and a toilet. Upstairs, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king size bed, a sitting area with a TV, a sofa, and easy chairs. A set of stairs leads to a second-floor mezzanine with two single beds. We can provide a travel cot, high chair, pushchair, as well as toys and games upon request. The gite is heated with electric heating.

Outside, there is a lovely garden with views of the hamlet and the valley. Additionally, there is a larger enclosed garden that is shared with the owner's family. This larger garden features a lawn, a patio, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue. We also provide bicycles for two adults, one child, and a toddler bike.

Our location is perfect, just a short drive away from the beautiful towns of Dinan and St Malo. There are plenty of attractions within cycling distance, such as the local bakery for fresh croissants in the morning, the estuary beach for a swim (only a 10-minute bike ride along a country road), and village restaurants offering French and British cuisine. Furthermore, there are well-marked footpaths along the stunning Rance estuary.

In Pleudihen, which is only 2 kilometers away, you will find shops and a Tuesday market. The Rance estuary beach is 4 kilometers away, and the seaside beach in St Malo is 19 kilometers away. There are also many other nearby places to explore, including the charming medieval town of Dinan.
