Description:

Description for B&B:

This charming gîte was transformed from a former stable and is completely separate from the neighboring mill. It is positioned to face the southwest, providing ample sunlight on its spacious terrace, perfect for soaking up the rays.

Nestled between a 15th-century manor-house and the tranquil la Vaudelle trout stream, this gîte offers a picturesque setting. Inside, you will find all the modern conveniences and amenities you desire for a delightful stay, including a dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, washer, and dryer. To ensure comfort throughout the year, the gîte features gas-fired underfloor heating and a cozy double-sided fireplace, allowing you to enjoy the warmth and ambiance from both the kitchen and dining room.

As an added bonus, we have constructed a bridge over the river, granting access to our expansive "park" - a term befitting the two-acre plot where we have meticulously planted approximately 600 trees. Stroll along the river's edge and immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature.

Directions

We are located at the center of a triangle formed by the cities of Alençon, Mayenne, and Le Mans.

If you are traveling from Paris, you can take the A10/11 motorway and exit at "Le Mans Nord," which will take you less than 2 hours. From there, it will only be a 45-minute drive to reach us.

For travelers coming from Great Britain, we are conveniently accessible through the ferries. The ports of Caen or St Malo are both less than 2 hours away. Alternatively, you can also consider using the tunnel.

If you are arriving at Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport, you can take direct trains to Le Mans, which typically have a travel time of about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
