Three of the rooms can accommodate two people, while one bedroom has a bed for two people and can also accommodate two children or one adult. Additionally, there is space for one to two people to sleep in the living room.

The accommodation also features a music room with a hifi system and internet access. The kitchen is spacious, spanning 30 square metres and is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. The dining-living room is even larger, measuring 45 square metres, and includes a fireplace, television, and DVD player. This room opens up to a covered terrace of 30 square metres with a barbecue, providing a lovely outdoor space for dining and relaxation.

In addition, there is a laundry room available with a washer and dryer for guests to use.
