Pascal, Valérie, and their 5 children, Gabriel, Valentin, Thimothé, Rosalys, and Pénelope, warmly welcome you to their 5 peaceful and comfortable lodgings. They are dedicated to providing you with the best hospitality and sharing their love for Ardeche with you.Situated on a vast 60-hectare property adorned with ancient olive trees and oaks, the lodgings of the Farmhouse of Grads de Perret are nestled within the outbuildings of a grand courtyard. The historical charm of the buildings has been meticulously preserved, including a traditional baker's oven, arched sheep-fold cellars, olive oil storage, a barn, a well, and stunning exposed stonework.

Directions
To find us, follow these travel directions: At the roundabout between ROSIERES and JOYEUSE, head towards ALES. After driving for around 200 meters, make a left turn. Proceed towards "Les Grads" (Mas de la Bastide, R.G. Alu) and continue on a small, narrow, and winding tourist road for approximately 2.5 kilometers. When you reach the Grads sign, you will see our farmhouse on the left-hand side. Look for a blue gate and old tools painted in blue.
