Les Grands Marronniers Gite is a completely renovated house that is perfect for gatherings in France among 2 or 3 families or groups of friends.

In addition to offering a comfortable, well-decorated, and functional space, the house also provides a serene and peaceful atmosphere in its 700 m2 garden and private, secure swimming pool. Parasols and deckchairs are provided for extra relaxation.

Located in the charming village of St Mathieu, the house is conveniently situated just 400 m from various shops such as a supermarket, chemist, and two doctors. Additionally, a 33 hectare leisure lake is only 2 km away.

The Gite can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people with its five bedrooms and three shower-rooms, each equipped with a large shower, toilet, and sink. The spacious dining room can seat up to 14 people, and there is also a cozy living room with a wood burner.

The fully fitted kitchen includes all necessary appliances such as a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, and a 3-ring gas hob. From the kitchen and dining room, guests can access the patio area, which features two tables and eight chairs. Additionally, there is a large shaded table for up to 15 people and 18 chairs located on the lower part of the patio under a canopy.

The salt-water swimming pool, measuring 12.5m x 5m, includes a paddling pool for children. It is completely enclosed and features an alarm on the edges to detect any falls into the pool.

The spacious 700m2 garden provides a secure area for children to play, thanks to its fully fenced perimeter.
