ENTRANCE: The apartment has its own independent entrance, and there is the convenience of a private and secure yard where you can park your car.

GARDEN: You will have exclusive access to a lovely garden, shaded by a mulberry tree and a "platane". The garden is furnished with a table, garden chairs, sun loungers, and hammocks for your relaxation. There is also a refreshing basin with red fishes.

OUTSIDE: The property features a swimming pool with reverse stream swimming and hydro-jet, perfect for unwinding and enjoying your vacation. There is a fully furnished pool house and a beautiful pergola adorned with flowers. Please note that the swimming pool and pool house are shared with other guests.

LIVING-ROOM: The spacious living room and dining area measures 24 square yards and boasts a large picture window that opens to a 50 square yards garden and terrace. The couch can be converted into two pullout beds, accommodating one person each. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, multi-purpose kitchen-aid, and electric coffee-maker. Other amenities include a TV with color, telephone, and a mezzanine accessible with a queen size bed and large closet.

BEDROOM: There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a large closet.

BATHROOM: The apartment has a bathroom with a sink, shower, bidet, and a washing machine. There is also a separate restroom. The apartment is equipped with electric heating and a cooling tower for your comfort. Free line ADSL is available for your convenience.
