The bathroom features a jet shower and bathtub for your comfort. For your laundry needs, there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

The swimming pool is a highlight of the property, featuring an electrolyzer that ensures the water is chlorine-free and similar to sea water. The pool is cleaned daily, and water quality is diligently monitored.

To enjoy the outdoors, there is a spacious and sheltered terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for dining or lounging. Additionally, a deckchair is available for relaxation and sunbathing.
