The Gîte also includes a fully equipped kitchen that opens up to the living room, an independent toilet, and a bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower.Furthermore, we have two guest rooms situated on the first floor of our house. Each guest room comes with a private bathroom and toilet. In addition, breakfast is included during your stay.
Description for Gite
Our gite, located in a charming village just 6 km from Nuits-St-Georges and 18 km from Beaune, is adjacent to our Longère "La Cotinière". It is conveniently close to popular tourist attractions such as Clos de Vougeot, the Abbey of Cîteaux, and the Hospices de Beaune. The gite itself is directly connected to our house, although there is a locked separation door between it and our living room. It has its own independent exterior access door, leading into a fully equipped kitchen area that opens up to the living room. The living room features a cozy Jotul wood stove, as well as fan coil units that provide both warmth in winter and coolness in summer.
On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a 160 bed, along with a shower room and a toilet. The second sleeping area is a loft-style bedroom on the mezzanine, furnished with a Sofitel king-size 200x200 bed. From the mezzanine, you can enjoy the morning sun and a view of our garden.
Although we are still in the process of completing the exterior renovations, the garden is accessible for your enjoyment. In addition to the gite, we also have 2 guest rooms available on-site, making it possible to accommodate up to 8 people.
Parking is available in our closed courtyard, and we have a garage where you can securely store bicycles or motorcycles. We also have 2 classic mountain bikes that we can lend to you.
