This charming house is situated in the quaint village of Sobreiro. Sobreiro is a small village nestled between Mafra and Ericeira, renowned for its celebrated artist and Commander Jose Franco. Franco transformed the land into a work of art, creating a miniature village complete with mechanized puppets representing various professions and the daily life of old villages.

In addition to Franco's masterpiece, the village is also home to the Poets House, where you can explore thousands of pottery pieces decorated with beautifully written poems by António Batalha.

The house itself is conveniently located near stunning beaches such as Ericeira, Ribeira dIlhas, São Lourenço, Foz do Lizandro, Barril, Calada, Coxos, and more. It is a single-story, independent villa with two bedrooms, a comfortable TV living room that opens onto a terrace perfect for enjoying a delicious BBQ while admiring the breathtaking sunset. Inside, there is also a cozy living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and an office complete with a computer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine and a dishwasher, and there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

Surrounded by a lovely garden, the villa also features a 10m by 4m swimming pool, making it an ideal choice for families with children.

Within a short 500-meter distance, you will find the village center, where coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores await. On weekends, a local fruit and vegetable market adds to the charm. The convenient location also offers easy access to Lisbon via the A21 freeway, which is only a 30-minute drive away. Additionally, the nearby Atlantic Coast boasts numerous beaches perfect for surfing, bodyboarding, and windsurfing, including the internationally renowned Ribeira dIlhas, which hosts various competitions.

For nature enthusiasts, the area provides ample opportunities for leisurely walks and exploration.
