This independent village house, situated on the outskirts of a peaceful woodland, can comfortably accommodate 2-4 people. It boasts a delightful enclosed garden measuring 600m². In addition to a parking space outside, there is a private and secure courtyard. The house features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with convenient access to the terrace. The 30m² living room is furnished with a cozy wood stove, two single beds (90cm), a TV, and wifi. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (160cm). The house also includes a modern shower room and toilet, as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. For added convenience, linen and beds are prepared prior to your arrival, and towels are provided. For those interested, there is a storage area available for bicycles.Reviews

Directions
To reach our destination, take the exit for Nuits Saint Georges from the A31 motorway. From there, follow the D25 and D35 roads towards Sombernon. After passing through Villars Fontaine, take the second left onto Messanges Road. Continue on this small road until you reach the village. Our location is on the left side of Vine Street, specifically #20.
