Welcome to our lovely and completely private B&B in the quiet and historic neighborhood of Mid-City, Los Angeles. Situated on the grounds of a beautiful Mediterranean home, our high-ceiling studio with a private bathroom in a separate building offers the perfect retreat for your stay. With a private entrance and French doors, you'll enjoy utmost privacy during your visit.

Our fully furnished apartment features a kitchenette equipped with everything you need, including a stocked fridge with juice, tea, and water, as well as a convection toaster oven and coffee maker with gourmet coffee. The separate bathroom is spotlessly clean and includes a shower. Rest comfortably on our top-quality queen bed, draped in 100% cotton 400 thread count sheets and adorned with down-alternative quilts.

Start your day off right with our breakfast, which includes fair-trade coffee or tea, delicious croissants or muffins with homemade jam, and organic yogurt or cheese. As for the property itself, you'll be surrounded by beautiful fountains and a great landscape, providing a serene atmosphere. Take a moment to relax on the patio with a cup of tea and croissants, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Our convenient location places us just 10-15 minutes away from UCLA, USC, Hollywood, the Grove, and Santa Monica. With a freeway entrance only two blocks away and a bus stop just one block away, exploring the city is a breeze. Additionally, Culver City is a short street or bike ride away, offering theaters, restaurants, farmers markets, and historic attractions. If you're looking to visit the beach, it's easy to reach either by direct route or by taking the bike path to Venice. Beverly Hills, LACMA, and the La Brea Tar Pits are all within a 10-minute drive.

The owner of the B&B speaks French and Spanish, and is more than happy to assist you with planning your stay and providing information about the area.

During your stay, you'll have access to WIFI, a flatscreen TV, DVD player, and air conditioning. Our internet connection is very strong and fast, thanks to the Lynksys E4200 router. Free parking is available, and we also provide a hair dryer, iron, and iPod dock clock-radio for your convenience.

We take pride in providing filtered water throughout the property, and we offer R.O. filtered drinking water in the studio. The shower heats up quickly and provides hot water for your comfort. If you require meals or laundry service, we are happy to provide them for an additional fee. Smoking is permitted on the patio adjacent to the apartment, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment.
