Description for B&B:
Welcome to our bed and breakfast, B & B, where Alain and Christophe offer a warm and Gay-friendly environment in their 1920 brick house. Nestled in a typical Parisian garden, our charming residence provides a unique and inviting atmosphere. We have reserved an entire floor exclusively for our guests, featuring two separate rooms that can each accommodate two people. Additionally, there is a bathroom conveniently located on the same floor. Our rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable, boasting beautiful parquet wood floors, fireplaces, and all necessary furniture.Start your day with a delightful breakfast in either our cozy living room or, weather permitting, in our lovely garden. We provide free WiFi access for all guests. There is also a third bedroom on the ground floor, complete with a private bathroom.
For those seeking alternative accommodation, we offer comfortable and fully equipped studios in the vibrant 2nd district of Paris, available for a minimum stay of one week.
Our guest rooms are situated in the charming 20th district, known as the "countryside in Paris." Here, you can still find houses with gardens and charming paved streets. This green oasis is highly sought after for its proximity to shops and transportation. You can easily reach the heart of Paris within 15 to 20 minutes by subway, bus, or bike.
Alain has lovingly managed and restored this house in 2008, ensuring that our guests enjoy the necessary comfort and tranquility after a day of exploring the capital city.
On the first floor, guests can enjoy privacy in two beautifully designed bedrooms, one overlooking the garden and the other featuring a small balcony with views of the street. A bathroom with a shower and toilet is conveniently located next to the rooms.
Please note that the owners reside on the second floor in their private apartment.
On the ground floor, you will find the living room and kitchen, both opening onto the garden and terrace, which our guests are welcome to enjoy.
We look forward to welcoming you to our bed and breakfast or one of our comfortable studios for an unforgettable stay in Paris.
