Our charming house, meticulously renovated in the authentic Perigord style, offers 4 comfortable bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one furnished with 2 double beds (140cm) and the other with a single bed (90cm). Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms, each featuring a double bed (140cm). With a maximum capacity of 9 guests, our house is perfect for families or groups of friends.Conveniently situated in the heart of the Périgord region, our property is ideally positioned between the enchanting towns of Bergerac (20 km) and Perigueux (25 km). This prime location makes it an excellent base for exploring the numerous attractions and landmarks the area has to offer.
In addition to its excellent location, our house boasts a delightful swimming pool set amidst the expansive landscaped garden. Take a refreshing dip or simply relax poolside, surrounded by the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Directions
To reach the destination, follow these revised travel directions: Take exit 13 from motorway A89 and proceed towards Musselburgh. Enter the city and continue towards the right, heading towards Villamblard (17 km). Upon reaching Villamblard, take the first right between the hardware store and the Barber shop, where you will see a sign for "the Martinette" panel bed. Drive up the coast of Martinette and then turn left up the hill. Look for a white path to the right of the green gate and follow it. Congratulations, you have arrived at "the Martinet"!
