Directions
If you are arriving from the south, the easiest route is to take the Nîmes Ouest exit and head towards Ales. Once you reach the entrance of Ales, make a right turn onto the ring road and continue until the end. From there, turn right towards Salindres (D16) and Barjac, following the road up to Rochegude. Once you pass Rochegude, keep left and take the road that leads to Méjannes Clap. About 20m from the junction, turn left onto a small road that will take you to Tharaux. Drive for approximately 1 km.
If you are arriving from the north, exit the A9 motorway at Bollène and head towards Pont St Esprit and Barjac (take a left at the Pont St Esprit exit). Continue until you reach St Jean de Maruéjols. At the exit of the village, make a left turn towards Méjannes Clap. After crossing Tharaux Bridge (a single track suspension bridge), make a left turn. Immediately, about 20m from the junction, turn left onto a small road that will take you to Tharaux. Drive for approximately 1 km. When you reach the entrance of Tharaux, take the wrong direction by leaving the road that goes right. Continue for 200m until you reach a parking space. You can park here, and our house is located at the corner of two separate roads. Please note, do not continue mostly downhill as it leads to the river.
