To get to the Bétharram caves in Lourdes from Pau, take exit No. 10 and follow the signs for Lourdes. Once in Lourdes, turn right towards Pau at the Bétharram caves. In the village of St Pé, turn right at the arcades place and continue on the little road du Barry until you reach the mairie building. We are located 50 meters on the right.
