This rural house is located in Almudévar, near Zaragoza and Huesca, easily accessible by highway. It offers excellent conditions for relaxation and getting away from it all, making it the perfect starting point for visits to the Expo, Zaragoza, Sierra de Guara, Pyrenees, Los Monegros, and other tourist attractions in the provinces of Huesca and Zaragoza. The house has 3 bedrooms, which you can have all to yourself, but you will be sharing the rest of the house with the owners who are great connoisseurs of both provinces and will gladly provide advice and recommendations.

The large room is spacious and includes two beds, a built-in wardrobe, a desk, a chair, and a television. It measures 14 m2. The small room also has two beds and a wardrobe, and it measures 10 m2. The bathroom is shared among the 3 rooms and has an area of 6 m2.

Additionally, there is a cozy attic that covers nearly 30 m2. It is equipped with a television, a stereo, a bed, a couch, books, magazines, and offers plenty of light, beautiful views, and a calm and tranquil atmosphere. If the attic is not occupied, it can also be used as a lounge. You are also welcome to share the living room and kitchen with us.
