**Stunning Basque House** located 2km away from the charming town center of Sare, providing convenient access to various amenities including a pharmacy, bakery, delicatessen, SPAR supermarket, and a medical group with a range of healthcare professionals such as doctors, dentists, osteo physiotherapists, nurses, podiatrists, and speech therapists. Additionally, there are numerous bars and restaurants in close proximity.This remarkable property features a family pool in the shape of a bean, gradually deepening from 140cm to 180cm, measuring 9.5m in length and 6m in width. The pool is equipped with a security alarm and sunbathing facilities are provided for the comfort of all guests. Furthermore, there is a boulodrome with approved dimensions for those who enjoy the popular French game of boules.
Surrounded by a large enclosed garden spanning 1,500m2, adorned with trees, the house also boasts a spacious terrace offering a delightful view of the pool. Additionally, there is a summer kitchen equipped with a plancha and barbecue, perfect for outdoor cooking and dining. The property benefits from a large car park with an electric gate for secure parking.
The comfortable 165m2 house can accommodate 8 to 10 people and comprises a generous living/dining room, a beautifully designed closed fitted kitchen, four bedrooms (three on the upper floor and one on the ground floor) with four double beds (two measuring 160cm and two measuring 140cm), a mezzanine with two single beds measuring 90cm, two bathrooms (one on each floor), and two separate toilets.
Ideally situated in a picturesque green setting, the property is just a 5-minute drive from the Spanish border, 15 minutes from the beaches of St Jean de Luz/Ciboure, 25 minutes from Bidart, Biarritz, and Anglet, and 45 minutes from both San Sebastian and Hossegor/Capbreton.
The house provides free WIFI and includes access to streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime for entertainment. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, although we have a soft spot for them. Please note that this is a peaceful residential area, so it may not be suitable for young party-goers.
Bed linen and towels are not provided, so guests are kindly requested to bring their own. The property is duly registered with the town hall and the tourist office, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations.
