Welcome to Chez Providence Rooms and Table d'hôtes + Studio. We offer 5 beautiful bedrooms, perfect for couples, families, and groups of up to 15 guests. Each room comes with a private bathroom for your convenience. In addition, we have a vacation studio available.Our charming establishment is situated in a picturesque and tranquil medieval village nestled in the heart of the Montagne Noire in Cathar Country. Explore the rich history of the region by visiting the legendary Cathar castles, including La Cité at Carcassonne, Lastours, Saissac, and Hautpoul, as well as preserved villages. If you prefer outdoor activities, you can hike through the enchanting forests or take a refreshing swim in the nearby lakes. It's a serene and unspoiled area that promises tranquility.
Our guest living/dining room leads to a sunny terrace, where you can enjoy panoramic views of our peaceful and sunny garden, as well as the beautiful valley of the river Dure.
We provide free Wi-Fi, a courtesy tray, heating, and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay. A delicious breakfast is included in your reservation.
You also have the option of indulging in our table d'hôtes experience. Please make a reservation in advance. Our dinner is priced at 32 euros, and children under 12 are charged half price. For special occasions like Christmas and New Year's Eve, our dinner is priced at 70 euros, with children under 12 also charged half price.
For your convenience, we offer a kitchenette equipped with a fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, and a sewing kit, where you can prepare snacks.
Our rooms can accommodate 2 to 6 additional beds per room at a rate of 22 euros per bed. We also provide one free baby cot for children under 3 years old, subject to room choice and availability.
The prices mentioned above are per couple, per night. Depending on your room choice, our rooms can accommodate 2 to 6 guests.

- La Fleur de Lys: This suite offers 2 bedrooms, making it ideal for couples, families, or friends. With a size of 40m² and a private bathroom, it can accommodate 1 to 6 people. The price for 2 people is 85 euros.
- La Chambre du Château: Experience a romantic and peaceful stay in this spacious room suitable for 1 to 2 people. With a size of 35m², it features a shower room, a lounge area with a TV, and a sunny furnished private terrace. The price for 2 people is 95 euros.
- Le Studio du Château (vacation studio): This calm and romantic retreat is perfect for 1 to 2 people, with a size of 35m². It includes a lounge area with a TV, a shower room, and a private furnished sunny terrace. The price for 2 people, including a baby bed, is 335 euros per week.

Description for Gite
Introducing the charming Studio Chateau, a self-catering garden level retreat perfect for 1 to 2 people, including a baby. This 35 m² studio boasts unique features such as exposed stone walls, a high ceiling, and a beautiful wooded floor.Upon arrival, guests will access the studio through a private and sunny terrace, complete with a table and chairs for outdoor relaxation.
Inside, you will find an open and spacious layout, combining the bed area, lounge with a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.
A set of slate steps will lead you to a luxurious tiled shower room, featuring a double sink, a large mirror, and a refreshing shower for your comfort.
Additionally, guests will have access to a communal sunny garden, which is shared with our B&B guests. Here, you can unwind on sun beds or enjoy a meal at the outdoor table and chairs.
Pricing for your stay is as follows: a minimum of 2 nights at €180, 3 nights at €215, 4 nights at €245, 5 nights at €275, 6 to 7 nights at €305, and each consecutive week at €305.

My wife and I recently stayed in the Chambre de Rose which was comfortable, well appointed and with good en-suite shower. Had optional dinner - good honest regional cuisine, beautifully cooked.
Directions
To reach our location, follow these travel directions: We are situated approximately 20 minutes away from both Mazamet and Carcassonne airport. Start by taking the D118 road and continue on this route until you reach Cuxac-Cabardès. Once in the village, navigate to rue de la Poste, and from there, turn onto rue de la Piala. Our establishment can be found on the right-hand side at No. 9.
