Prices for the rooms in 2008 are as follows:
- Family Room: £70.00 for 2 Adults & 2 Children
- Double Room: £50.00
- Twin Room: £50.00
- Single Room: £30.00

To secure a booking, a ten-pound deposit per room is required. The deposit can be paid on the secure server of our website: http://www.centralguesthouse.com. Please note that payments made by debit card will be charged an extra 3%. We do not accept cheques.

Cancellation notice of 5 days is required. If the room(s) are not cancelled within the cancellation policy, the full amount of money for the booked room(s) and day(s) will be charged. If the booking is made through an agency, you must cancel the booking with them. Failure to cancel with the agency will result in being charged the full amount for the booked room(s) and day(s).

All accounts are to be paid on arrival by cash or credit card. We do not accept cheques. A full or vegetarian breakfast is included in the price.

To get to Central Guesthouse from Birmingham International Airport or International Railway Station, you can take a black cab taxi or the (900) bus. If arriving by car, follow the directions from junction (4 M6) or junction (6 M42) heading for Birmingham International Airport.

To get to the guesthouse from Birmingham City Centre, catch the (58 or 60) bus. Local places to visit include Blaksley Hall, Sea Life Centre, Cadbury World, Drayton Manor Park & Zoo, The Old Black Country Museum, Warwick Castle, and Stratford upon Avon. Central Guesthouse Access Introduction:
Our 5 bedroom guesthouse aims to cater to the needs of most visitors. However, please note that due to the building's construction, there are some restrictions. The following is a summary of our provisions, but if you have any specific questions, feel free to call us at 0121 7067757. There are 2 large 7" steps up to the front porch, then another 7" step into the front entrance of the hallway. All bedrooms are located on the first and second floors, accessible via a staircase of 16 steps to a small landing for the first floor and a further fifteen steps to the second floor, with another small landing. Please note that there is no lift available.
