Located 200 m from Lake Orta in the village of Oira (Common Nonio), the Host/Guesthouse House is a two-story country house that has been partially renovated while preserving its period architectural structure.

The first floor features a charming outdoor courtyard, perfect for peaceful meals and discussions. Inside, there are arched doorways and painted walls that create a romantic and relaxing atmosphere.

A beautiful balcony on the second floor offers expansive views and showcases newer wooden structures, as well as a remarkable high ceiling. Large windows connect the interior and exterior spaces, allowing for optimal brightness and easy heating. The rooms are adorned with a soothing yellow color that promotes relaxation and contemplation.

The ground floor is designed with high-quality materials that provide heat insulation and noise reduction. It spans 160m2, while the top floor covers 180m2. Each floor has 4 spacious rooms, 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, and 2 bathrooms. The house underwent a complete renovation in early 2013 and can be considered as new, never used before.
