This spacious accommodation spans an area of 150 square meters. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a garage, and a convenient WC. Moving to the upper floor, you will discover three separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a WC and a washing machine, as well as a comfortable reading room with a sofa bed. Each bedroom is equipped with its own shower and sink. The house is centrally heated for your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, range hood, fryer, electric kettle, coffee maker, blender, electric juicer, and a washing machine. Sleeping arrangements include two double beds, two bunk beds, and two sofa beds. Additionally, a crib and cot are available upon request. Entertainment options in the house include a satellite TV with a DVD player, a stereo system, and internet access. For your convenience, an iron and ironing board are provided. Enjoy the outdoors with the provided garden furniture and barbecue facilities.
