This fully furnished independent house is located on the first floor, providing easy access to the countryside. The owners reside nearby, ensuring a convenient and welcoming experience. The main living area is oriented towards the south and east, offering scenic views of the countryside.

The first floor consists of a well-equipped kitchen (10m²) with a dishwasher and microwave, a spacious living room (37m²) furnished with two sofas, one sofa bed (140cm), an armchair, a fireplace, a TV, and a Hi-fi system. There are also three bedrooms: one (11.7m²) with a double bed (140cm), another (9.7m²) with a double bed (140cm), and a third (9.8m²) with two single beds (90cm). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.

The basement includes a washing machine and a table tennis room. Outside, there is a lovely garden (130m²) with a barbecue for outdoor dining. The property also offers amenities such as a mobile phone card and wifi access. Heating is provided by an oil-fired central heating system (charged at €1.00 per liter), and firewood is kindly provided. Electricity usage beyond 8 kWh per day is charged at €0.08 per kWh. Bed linen, house towels, and bath towels are available for €8 per person. End of stay cleaning service is available upon request for a fee of €45. A security deposit of €250 is required.

The rental price includes water, cooking gas, and 8 kWh of electricity per day, as well as wood for the fireplace. However, it does not include heating, electricity usage beyond 8 kWh per day, rental of sheets, linens and towels, or cleaning services.
