This spacious guest apartment has undergone careful modernization to provide two rooms with luxurious comfort. The original elements, such as the terrazzo floors, have been preserved to evoke the signature art deco style of the house. During your night or stay, you will have the pleasure of enjoying the amenities and thoughtful touches designed by the owners, Alain and Pascal, to ensure your comfort and relaxation.Situated on a private floor exclusively for guests, the apartment features a living room with an open kitchen concept. The living room is bright and inviting, equipped with a SmartTV, Chromcast, and Canal+ channels. You will also have access to a balcony-terrace facing the Southeast.
There are two bedrooms in the apartment. The first bedroom includes a double bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a bathroom, along with a separate toilet. Each room is equipped with a TV, Bluetooth speaker, and a desk for your convenience.
