Description:

Description for B&B:

Welcome!

I'm thrilled to invite you to my recently built house in Boucau, which boasts a tranquil garden filled with lush greenery and beautiful flowers.

Please note that this announcement only offers rates for the months of July and August. The price indicated is per night and applies to each room.

Nearby attractions include:
- A bus stop
- Bayonne city center and train station, just a 5-minute drive away
- Beautiful beaches, only a 10-minute drive away
- Biarritz airport, conveniently located just 20 minutes away
- Spain, a mere 25-minute drive from the house

I am more than happy to provide you with information about this stunning region and any tourist information you may need to ensure you have an amazing stay.

Now, let's talk about the rooms. There are three pleasant and comfortable bedrooms available, all located on the upper floor. Each room is fully equipped with a shower, sink, TV, and high-speed fiber internet. Here are the details:
- The SECRETS bedroom (Room N°1, blue): features a large 160 cm bed and offers a view of the garden
- The DREAMS room (Room N°2, golden): has a cozy 140 cm bed and a balcony overlooking the garden
- The TALES room (Room N°3, grey): can be arranged with either two 80 cm beds or combined into a 160 cm bed

Please note that the room rate is based on double occupancy (maximum two people per room). You have the option to book one, two, or all three bedrooms, accommodating up to six people.

Household linen, towels, and toiletries are provided. Additionally, there is a tumble dryer and washing machine available on-site for an additional fee.

The toilets are shared among all guests, and smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation (smoking is allowed outside). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Here are some important details to keep in mind:
- Please note that the rental is for individual rooms, not the entire house.
- In July and August, a minimum stay of two nights is required. Weekly rentals are also available, but monthly rentals are only possible from September to June.

For meals, you have the option to bring your own breakfast. However, I also offer a delicious breakfast for an additional fee of 7 per person. This includes coffee, tea, herbal tea, or hot chocolate, along with rusks or brioche, butter, jam, and fruit juice. Please make a reservation in advance if you would like to enjoy breakfast during your stay. Please note that breakfast is the only meal available on-site.

Here are some additional features and benefits of staying at my house:
- Complimentary access to a one-hour private spa session (only available for guests staying in Room N°1 or N°2). This includes a choice of bubbly drink from the Champagne region, tea, fruit juice, and delicious treats.
- A welcoming offer of 10% off treatments at the massage and well-being salon. You can find more information on the Bulle d'Eden website.

I also offer outdoor activities upon request, such as Qi Gong lessons, Tai-Chi-Chuan, hikes, and surf lessons. Feel free to ask for more information. Additionally, there are tourist guides and board games available for your entertainment. Parking is available in front of the house for your convenience.

Just a reminder, the rates apply to individual room rentals, with a minimum stay of two nights (maximum two people per room).

I look forward to welcoming you soon!
