This carefully furnished and functional two-room apartment measures 30m² and can accommodate up to four people. It is conveniently located in the quiet center of Pornichet, between the charming port, beautiful beaches, bustling market, and various shops.The apartment features two convertible sofas that can easily be transformed into comfortable, high-quality beds, providing ample sleeping space. The bathroom has recently been fitted with a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and electric dryer.
The kitchen is equipped with a hot and cold water sink, a three-burner hob/oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an electric coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, and complete cookware. Additional amenities include an iron, a vacuum cleaner, and a television.
In the diverse range of cultural, sporting, environmental, and culinary activities offered in Pornichet, you will surely find something to suit your preferences. Please note that household linen, including sheets and towels, is not provided. A flat rate of 50 will be charged for cleaning and disinfecting the surfaces. Additionally, a deposit of 300 will be required, along with the applicable tourist tax for each adult.
