The Peony is a spacious and comfortable gite located on the first floor, offering a total of 130 m2 of living space. With a capacity to accommodate 7 to 8 people, it is perfect for a family or a group of friends.

The gite boasts a covered terrace, measuring 12m2, complete with a cozy outdoor seating area. Inside, you will find a spacious dining room (25m2) with seating for seven people, as well as a living area with a sofa bed, two armchairs, and a color television. For your comfort, the gite is equipped with air conditioning.

The fully equipped kitchen (15m2) includes an oven with pyrolysis function, a gas stove with four burners, a microwave, a fridge freezer, and a dishwasher with a capacity for nine place settings. Other amenities include a coffee maker and a toaster.

The gite features three bedrooms, two of which measure 12m2 and one measuring 25m2. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds, accommodating a total of four double beds. Additionally, there is a smaller bedroom measuring 10m2 with a single bed.

The gite also includes a bathroom with a toilet, a bathtub, and a washing machine. An iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience.

The gite is equipped with central heating using gas, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the year.

Please note that bed sheets can be rented for an additional fee of 15 euros per pair, although this is optional.
