Introducing The Peony, a spacious 1st-floor gite measuring 130 m2 that can accommodate 7 to 8 people comfortably. This beautiful rental has been awarded the Clévacances label and offers a range of amenities. The Peony features a lovely covered terrace (12m2) with a garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Inside, you will find a spacious dining room (25m2) that can seat seven people, complete with a sitting area, sofa, two armchairs, color TV, and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen (15m2) includes four pyrolysis ovens, four gas burners, a microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and more. The gite also offers three bedrooms, two measuring 12 m2 and one measuring 25 m2, with four double beds in total. There is an additional room measuring 10 m2 with a single bed. The Peony also includes a WC, bath, washing machine, iron, and ironing board for your convenience. Gas central heating ensures a cozy atmosphere throughout your stay. Optional linen hire is available for 15 Euros per pair.Next, we have Rosemary, a ground floor rental measuring 80 m2 that can accommodate up to four people. This comfortable gite has also been awarded the Clévacances label and offers a range of amenities. The living area consists of a spacious dining room and living room (25 m2) that can seat six people, complete with a sofa bed, color TV, and ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen (17 m2) includes a pyrolysis oven, gas stove (domino), microwave, fridge-freezer, color TV, toaster, and coffee maker. There are two bedrooms, each measuring 12 m2, with twin beds in 140. A WC, bathroom with a washing machine, and ironing table are also provided. Optional linen hire is available for 15 Euros per pair. The Roses gite is heated with electric heating and features a covered balcony measuring 5 m2.
