We extend a warm welcome to you in our spacious area of over 50m² that is exclusively dedicated to your needs. Situated on the ground floor, you will have a private access which allows you to come and go freely. This delightful space consists of two interconnected rooms, capable of accommodating up to four individuals and a baby. Here are the amenities we offer:- The Loire room, featuring a comfortable double bed and a small desk (we can provide a cot if necessary).
- The Louet room, furnished with two cozy single beds.
- A dressing room, a toilet, and a bathroom equipped with a wash basin, large bath towels, a hairdryer, and fresh towels.
- A room that leads out to the south-facing garden, where you can indulge in a delightful breakfast.
- A cozy sitting area furnished with two armchairs. For your reading pleasure, we have stocked a collection of books on Anjou and some classic literature, as well as brochures and tourist information.
We have meticulously restored this space to maintain its original charm while ensuring your utmost comfort.

From PARIS: Take the A11 towards NANTES. After the toll, follow the signs for Angers and Cholet/LA ROCHE SUR YON (A87).
1. On the A87, take exit 22 towards Murs-Erigne Centre (D748).
2. At the first set of traffic lights, turn right towards the bridges.
3. At the second set of traffic lights, turn left towards St. John of the Cross (D132).
4. Continue straight along the Loire on the lifting of St. John of the Cross for about 5 km.
5. Look for the signs for Boire Growing / The verdelets / Port Gaurion / Down Village - Fire.
6. Take a left and then a second left at the bottom of the cul de sac, and you will arrive at Small Drink!
From ANGERS Downtown:
1. Head southeast on Boulevard du Roi René towards Rue Talot.
2. Continue onto Rue Paul Bert. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue Rabelais.
3. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Av de Lattre de Tassigny.
4. Take the exit for Les Ponts-de-Ce Centre.
5. Continue straight on Rue David d'Angers and Rue Victor Hugo.
6. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue Charles de Gaulle and cross the bridge.
7. Turn right onto St. John of the Cross.
8. Follow the Loire on the lifting of St. John of the Cross.
