Experience the everlasting days of May and June in the warm and sunny weather of LaGachere. This unique house exudes a real bucolic style and is situated on the banks of the ocean inlet, l'Auzance, in the charming hamlet of La Gachere in Brem/Mer. The beautiful and untouched beaches of Gabelous and Sauveterre are just a short distance away.The house offers a fully equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom with a toilet and bathtub. Complimentary wifi is provided. There is drop-off parking in front of the house, with additional parking available 150m away. The house also features a private garden on the river, perfect for fishing, swimming, and enjoying the serene surroundings. For avid surfers, there is a beach just 700m away, and two bikes are available for use.
Rest assured, cleaning, sheets, and towels are all included in the price. However, please note that the house does not have heating.
While this fisherman's house has a rich history, it has been updated with modern comforts while still maintaining its authentic charm. The bedroom, with a comfortable double bed and a new high-quality mattress, is located upstairs, while the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom are on the ground floor.
The garden, arranged in three terraces, provides direct access to the Auzance ocean inlet. Enjoy a delightful breakfast at sunrise and a relaxing barbecue at sunset. The inlet is perfect for swimming during high tide, with clean and clear water, as well as fishing opportunities for bass, mullet, eels, and more.
Don't miss the chance to indulge in a prefou and a dozen oysters at La Cabane, a nearby establishment, while taking in the breathtaking sunset in the marshes. Truly a fantastic experience!
The peaceful and secluded beaches are just a short walk or bike ride away, ideal for swimming and surfing. Venture a little further, and you'll find Les Sables d'Olonne/St Gilles Croix de Vie, offering plenty of entertainment and excitement, only 12km away.
LaGachere guarantees a unique and unforgettable stay in a tranquil and picturesque setting. You will have access to the shared kitchen, bathroom, garden, and private arm of the sea. The house is only rented to a maximum of two people, and the host will ensure your comfort throughout your stay.
