Located just a 5-minute drive from Pantano de Alarcón, there is a man-made beach with sand where visitors can enjoy water sports such as surfing, sailing, and swimming.
- The Fifth of Malu is a three-story house with six rooms. It includes 3 double rooms and 3 suites, all equipped with TVs. Some rooms have showers and fireplaces, and all have individual bathrooms. The house is beautifully decorated with stone walls and wooden beams that are over 400 years old, providing a charming place to relax.
- The upstairs rooms are more basic but offer a charming atmosphere. They are double rooms with attic space.
- The first floor houses suites with two rooms, a bedroom and a living area. These suites feature four poster beds and an additional single bed. The antique furnishings and exquisite decoration create a cozy and comfortable space for guests to unwind.
- The ground floor of the house, known as "Grandpa Felix winery," is a special area. It offers a peaceful environment for reading and listening to music. It includes a spacious dining room with a stone fireplace and a unique vaulted cave with a well and six arms. The wooden beams and stones in this area showcase objects from Visigoth and Roman history, providing a preserved glimpse into the past.
Breakfast is served from 8 to 10:30 am and includes a variety of local products. Upon request, guests can also enjoy lunch and dinner in "Grandpa Felix winery," where they can savor the rich and elaborate cuisine of Cuenca. Traditional dishes such as morteruelo, ajoarriero, Partridge, zarajos, and gazpacho pastor are all homemade.
Additional features of the property include a green zone and free access to the municipal pool of Valeras during July and August.

These include the hanging houses and main square of Cuenca, the route of the mills, the enchanted city, the Serrania de Cuenca, the birth of River Crow, and the torques.
Cuenca: A world heritage city located just 24 km from Valeria. It is known for its spectacular gorges, stone sickle, and impressive Roman ruins.
The Enchanted City: A stunning attraction located just 28 km from Valeria.
The Fifth of Malu is also a strategic location for organizing excursions to nearby places such as Segobriga, Uclés, the medieval town of Alarcón with its impressive castle, and the mountains of Cuenca, including the Haunted City, the Source of the River Cuervo, and the Torcas.
