The discounted house is a delightful 3-bedroom property, each with its own en-suite equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. Situated in the heart of Tuchan within the Cathar Country, this house has been fully renovated and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area, complete with a pool table. The bedrooms are located upstairs. Outside, there is an adults-only swimming pool (8.5m x 5m), a summer kitchen, terraces, a garden, and private parking. Please note that picnics in the pool area or garden are strictly prohibited.

The village of Tuchan offers all necessary amenities, including a small supermarket, a bar-restaurant, a bank, a pharmacy, doctors, a hair salon, a swimming pool, and a wine cooperative producing renowned wines.

Nearby attractions include the Aguilar Castle, dating back to the 11th century, and the Cathar Castles which are just a few kilometers away, including Quéribus, Peyrepertuse, and the Fontfroide Abbey. The village of Durban, located 17km from Tuchan, also boasts a castle built in the 12th century.

The beautiful medieval city of Carcassonne is situated 80km from the village, while Perpignan and Narbonne are approximately 40km to 50km away.

For those who enjoy outdoor activities, Tuchan and its surroundings are ideal for hiking, cycling, horseback riding, and even paragliding.

The Mediterranean Sea is less than an hour's drive away, allowing guests to enjoy swimming and relaxing on the beaches of Canet, Barcares, or Collioures.
