The discounted house is a delightful 3-bedroom property, each with its own en-suite equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. Situated in the heart of Tuchan within the Cathar Country, this house has been fully renovated and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area, complete with a pool table. The bedrooms are located upstairs. Outside, there is an adults-only swimming pool (8.5m x 5m), a summer kitchen, terraces, a garden, and private parking. Please note that picnics in the pool area or garden are strictly prohibited.
The village of Tuchan offers all necessary amenities, including a small supermarket, a bar-restaurant, a bank, a pharmacy, doctors, a hair salon, a swimming pool, and a wine cooperative producing renowned wines.
Nearby attractions include the Aguilar Castle, dating back to the 11th century, and the Cathar Castles which are just a few kilometers away, including Quéribus, Peyrepertuse, and the Fontfroide Abbey. The village of Durban, located 17km from Tuchan, also boasts a castle built in the 12th century.
The beautiful medieval city of Carcassonne is situated 80km from the village, while Perpignan and Narbonne are approximately 40km to 50km away.
