Situated in close proximity to Fontainebleau, Nemours, and Milly la Forêt, this charming accommodation is also conveniently located next to two internationally renowned climbing sites, namely "Dame Jouanne" and "Les Trois Pignons."

On the first floor, you will find three cozy bedrooms, each equipped with its own private shower room. Downstairs, guests have access to a spacious 27 m2 room, complete with a mini fridge, sink, and microwave for added convenience.

Delicious breakfast and Table d'Hôtes meals are served in the living room of your hosts, which boasts a beautiful bay window that allows for stunning views. Additionally, your hosts also manage a country gite on the property, which can accommodate up to four guests.

Rest assured, communication will not be an issue as your hosts are fluent in English. Furthermore, a private car park is available for your convenience. Please note that pets are not accepted at this establishment.

Moreover, this charming gite is adjacent to two world-famous climbing sites, namely "Dame Jouanne" and "Les Trois Pignons."

Situated within a beautifully renovated farmhouse that dates back to before the French Revolution, this gite is connected to the landlord's residence. The landlords also operate three bed and breakfast rooms, ensuring a warm and hospitable atmosphere.

The interior of Le Gîte Clos du Tertre includes a cozy living-dining room complete with a fireplace and television. Additionally, there is a fully equipped American kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. The gite offers two comfortable bedrooms and a convenient shower room with a toilet.

For the convenience of guests, the hosts are fluent in English and there is a private car park available. Please note that pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Directions

To get to the destination, which is 12 km South-West of Fontainebleau, you have several options:

By Car:
1. If you are coming from the A6 Motorway, take Exit N°14 labeled "Ury - Malesherbes". Turn right onto N152 towards Orléans. Continue driving for 3 km until you reach La Chapelle la Reine.
2. If you are starting from Fontainebleau, head towards the "Obélisque round-about". From there, take the N152 towards Orléans and drive for 12 km until you reach La Chapelle la Reine.
Once you are in La Chapelle la Reine, at the second traffic light on N152 (driving towards Orléans), turn left onto D16 towards "Nemours-Larchant". Then, take the second road on your left. The destination, Le Clos du Tertre, is located at N°6 of this "Chemin des Vallées".

By Train:
The Saint-Pierre les Nemours Train Station is 12 km away from the destination. If you inform your hosts in advance, they may be able to pick you up from this train station. Alternatively, the Fontainebleau Train Station is 15 km away.

By Air:
