The house is a two-level structure. The ground floor consists of the kitchen area and lounge, spanning a total of 35 m2. Moving to the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, one of which can be equipped with a cot for children up to 4 years old. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet.We also offer several additional services for your convenience. Bed linen and towels can be rented: Bed linen is priced at 7.50 EUR per person per week, while towels cost 7.50 euros per person per week. If desired, breakfast can be provided upon request, exclusively on Sunday mornings. A refundable deposit of 100 euros is required, and a cleaning fee of 35 euros is applicable upon departure.
Please note that pets are allowed, subject to a fee of 7.50 euros. Furthermore, power consumption is charged at a rate of 0.15 euros per kilowatt.
