Description for B&B:
Welcome to Château des Landes! This charming château, dating back to the 19th century, has recently been renovated to offer a peaceful and enchanting stay. Surrounded by lush parkland, a nearby farm, and a forest, our bed and breakfast provides a taste of 19th century country living with all the modern comforts. We offer five beautifully decorated guest rooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, and the option to dine with us. Join us on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday for an aperitif in the garden or salon, followed by a four-course table d'hôtes menu. On other days, we provide the option of a plat du jour.
Conveniently located between Amiens, Le Tréport, Dieppe, and Rouen, and just a few kilometers from the A28 and A29 motorways, our château is the perfect stopover for those traveling further south or a delightful destination for a longer stay to explore the area. We would be delighted to welcome you to our home in Landes-Vieilles-et-Neuves.
The château consists of three floors. On the ground floor, guests can relax in the salon with its beautiful fireplace and piano, making it the ideal spot to enjoy a book or a pre-dinner drink. The double doors lead to the hunting-themed red dining room, while the kitchen provides access to the conservatory. In the conservatory, you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea throughout the day, or help yourself to a drink or snack from the fridge to enjoy in your room.
The guest bedrooms on the first and second floors offer picturesque views of our gardens. Please note that due to their location, the rooms are not easily accessible for wheelchair users. During the summer, guests can have a delightful picnic on the lawn, play croquet, or take a leisurely stroll through the trees surrounding the château. Parking is available next to the château, and we also have a charging station for electric cars.
