This converted barn, located in a traditional Ardèche farmhouse, offers a stylish loft accommodation for two people. Available for rent from April to October 2022, this 50 m2 loft showcases a blend of contemporary artwork and trendy décor, all while maintaining an authentic atmosphere. The space includes a kitchen area, sleeping quarters, a living room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Outside, a spacious terrace with a private garden provides a serene and secluded retreat.Situated at the rear of our restored farmhouse, with its own independent entrance and no direct neighbors, this loft is surrounded by nature and tranquility. It is nestled on the edge of the mountains and forests, offering access to stunning hiking trails and close proximity to three rivers. The barn has been thoughtfully converted into a loft, featuring a kitchen equipped with a fridge, electric hob, and multifunction oven. The sleeping area boasts a comfortable 180 bed with picturesque mountain views, while the lounge area invites relaxation with a cozy sofa and satellite TV.
The loft also features a shower room with a separate toilet. Outside, the terrace and private garden provide a peaceful sanctuary with no overlooking neighbors.
