The cottage features 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area. Outside, you will find a shared pool measuring 4m x 10m, which is heated by solar panels. The pool area is surrounded by marble stone balusters and offers a beautiful and wide range of 150m², complete with sun umbrellas and cushions.
Additionally, the cottage boasts its own private garden with an outdoor table and barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals in the sunshine. The garden is completely independent and measures 300m², providing a tranquil space for relaxation.
Located in a quiet residential area, under the shade of pine trees and olive trees, this cottage is ideal for those seeking a peaceful holiday. It offers a bright and sunny atmosphere, with a southwest-facing garden that overlooks the surrounding scenery.
