We offer comfortable apartments equipped with essential amenities including TV, TNT, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and wireless Internet. Additionally, each room is equipped with a personal safe. Our location is conveniently situated just 100 yards from the bus stop, with free bikes available for use and various shops nearby. The subway, railway station, and airport shuttle are all within a 3-minute walk.We have different apartment options available for your stay: Q1 (30m2) for 7 nights at 340, T2 (40m2) for 7 nights at 400, and T2bis (60m2) for 7 nights at 460. Final cleaning for each apartment is available at an additional cost of 60.
We also offer optional services such as bed linen rental for 20 per pack (including sheets and towels), garage rental at 6 per night, catered meals, and home beauty and hairdressing services.
To make a reservation, we accept payment via cheque, bank transfer, or cash (30% of the rental amount). If you find our site useful, we kindly request you to share it with your friends and colleagues.

If you are coming by train, the residence RIAD is just a 3-minute walk from the train station.
If you prefer to drive, Toulouse has direct motorway links to major capitals in both the North and South of Europe. The A61 will take you to Carcassonne, Montpellier, and Barcelona. The A62 connects to Montauban, Agen, Bordeaux, Limoges, and Paris. The A64 leads to Foix, Lourdes, Bayonne, and San Sebastian. The A68 goes to Lavaur and Albi, and the A66 connects to Pamiers, Foix, and Andorra.
If you are arriving by plane, the Toulouse Blagnac airport is approximately 15-20 minutes away from downtown by taxi. It takes around 30 minutes. There is also a shuttle bus available to the SNC F train station, which is just a 3-minute walk from the Riad residence. A round trip ticket costs 4 euros, and 6 euros for a return journey.
