This is a description of a 20 m2 room located on the ground floor of the owner's house. It has a completely independent entrance and a private terrace with a garden. The room is situated in a quiet residential area and there is parking available in front of the house. It includes a 140 cm bed and an optional 90 cm folding bed or baby cot upon request. Additionally, there is a small office room with a toilet. The room is equipped with Freeview TV and WIFI internet access. Breakfast can be served in the room or on the terrace. Linen and towels are provided, and there is a color TV and heating available. The room is easily accessible via the Montrabé train station and the nearby metro, bus, and tram stations at Balma-Gramont. The prices for 2013 are as follows: 58 per night for one person, 68 for two people, and 74 for two adults and one child. Payments can be made by check or in cash.
