You are guaranteed a warm welcome at our recently renovated property. Each bedroom is equipped with its own private shower, washbasin, and toilet. Our large suite can accommodate 4-8 people and consists of five sections, including a bedroom with an ensuite shower room, a salon, two double beds, two single beds, and a set of bunk beds. Additionally, we provide two separate toilets and a shared shower room for your convenience. Our location in France offers breathtaking views of the surrounding woodlands and the beautiful River Cère, which borders our expansive grounds. The atmosphere is serene and perfect for relaxation. We are proud to hold a full drinks license, allowing us to serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Furthermore, breakfast is included in your stay, and evening meals can usually be ordered. As our guest, you will have access to our swimming pool and table tennis facilities, which are shared among all visitors. Our one-acre grounds are bordered by the River Cère, where you can enjoy a small river beach for river bathing.Description for Gite

The gite also includes a bathroom and separate toilet for added convenience.Inside, you will find a generous living room with a grand open fireplace, along with a double bed/settee and a small futon. The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.
Outside, enjoy the privacy of your own garden complete with a BBQ, perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco. Electric wall heaters are available in all rooms to ensure a cozy and comfortable stay. Additionally, guests have access to an outdoor swimming pool and a table tennis table for added recreation.

To reach our location, follow these travel directions:
1. If you are coming from Aurillac, take the N122 road towards Figeac. After passing Sansac de Marmiesse, you will find us on the right side of the road, approximately 1 km ahead.
2. If you are coming from Figeac, take the N122 road towards Aurillac. Keep driving until you reach the turning to St. Mamet. After passing this turning, continue for about 3 km, and you will find us.
Please note: It is strongly advised not to rely on GPS or electronic plans from Aurillac or Figeac, as they may direct you down farm lanes.
