There are four guest rooms available, each with a separate entrance and facing the pool (measuring 8 x 4 meters). The first room is suitable for two people and includes a wood stove in the living room, a bathroom with a spa bath, and a separate toilet. The second room is a duplex family room that can accommodate up to five people. It features a grand wood stove in the bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet, and a hydro shower. The third room, called the green room, is designed for three people and includes a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. The fourth room, located upstairs, is ideal for two people and offers a bathroom with a hydro shower and steam room, as well as a separate toilet.

Guests have access to a lounge area with a kitchenette, fridge, and dishwasher. There is also a picnic area with a barbecue. Additionally, a hearty breakfast made from local organic produce is served either on the terrace or by the fire, depending on the season. Guests can also indulge in massages for a truly relaxing experience. The Mill is surrounded by many hiking trails, providing opportunities to explore the abundant flora and fauna. Binoculars, a magnifying glass, and literature are available for guests to enhance their nature exploration.

Directions

To reach St Jean d'Alcas from Millau, head south on the axis-Albi (D992) for approximately 30 km. It should take you around 20 minutes to reach the village from the A75 motorway, taking exit 47 (Roquefort / St Affrique). Once you exit the motorway, continue through the village and descend a 2 km winding road until you reach a paved parking lot just before the creek.
