I am delighted to welcome you to this charming detached house, located in the heart of a village and close to the home owners. The house has a total area of 50m² and offers a cozy and comfortable accommodation.Upstairs, you will find one double bedroom and two single bedrooms, providing enough space for a total capacity of 4 people. Additionally, there are two sofa beds in the lounge, and a baby bed is also available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, gas hob, coffee maker, and oven. A baby chair is also provided for your convenience. In the living room, you will find a TV and Wi-Fi for entertainment. Moreover, we offer a selection of children's toys and books.
The house features a large bay window that overlooks the beautiful garden, and a spacious terrace of 45m² with garden chairs and a barbecue for your outdoor enjoyment. The garden is well-maintained and landscaped, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere.
Upon your arrival, you will find a map and tourist information to help you explore the surrounding areas. The house is conveniently located only 8 minutes away from Rouen, known for its rich history and art.
